Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has passed away at the age of 65 after a battle with cancer.
The actor’s daughter, Kira Taiwo, announced his death on Sunday evening during a live session on her Instagram page, confirming the loss just days after she revealed that her father was battling stage four cancer.
Taiwo Hassan was a prominent figure in the Nigerian film industry, particularly known for his memorable roles in Yoruba-language movies.

Among those said to have offered financial assistance was the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Ogun State, Adeola Olamilekan, popularly known as Yayi.
