The Greater Accra Regional Police Command has arrested 101 individuals in a major pre-Christmas security operation across the region.
The targeted raids, conducted on Thursday, focused on crime hotspots including Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Nungua, Adabraka, Achimota, East Legon, and the Railways area.
In a statement, the Police Command said the operation was part of its “Christmas Special Operations” aimed at curbing criminal activities and ensuring public safety during the festive season.
Suspects were apprehended for various alleged offenses, with operations ongoing. The Command has urged the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities.
