The family of Ivan Baidoo, the Central University law student killed in a hit-and-run on the Tema Motorway, is making an emotional appeal to the public, and putting up a hefty reward for information.
Ivan, who was in his second year, was struck by a vehicle on August 27th.
The driver did not stop. Now, his grieving family is offering fifty thousand Ghana cedis to anyone whose tip leads to the arrest and successful prosecution of the culprit.
They are urging anyone who was on the motorway that day, or anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
